Measure Map Pro App Reviews

I am a bit disappointed that the pro version does not offer closer zooming. Maybe in the future a magnifying glass in the app can improve the precision of point setting. And the crosshair is not really smart. It should have a transparent center and not an intransparent red dot. All the rest is excellent.

This App is excellent. One recommendation is to allow for caching maps for use outside of 3G and wifi. There are many great uses for this app in the forest industry if google maps could be used remotely, like many other gps based apps. good job.

The maps in this app are way out of date. At least four years old. Do not purchase. Newer maps can be had free.

I own a SNOWPLOWING company and boy did I waste money on other maps I love this app I measure all my proposals with this app And its like using the wheel if you own run a out door business you gotta get this one. You will never buy another measuring app again

I plow and Im in the construction industry. Figuring large and small areas are a snap with this app! the pro version is more accurate than the others. The only downfall Ive ran into is the outdated google satellite images and new construction areas. Other than that its the real deal. Smooth operation and well polished, has some major WoW factor! Cant wait to see what future updates bring.

I work for the fed govt and some of our map tec is in the dark ages, but this thing " IS OFF THE CHANES"!!! Now planning is awsume and very, very, very fun, and worth every dime. Please do not mess with this app!!!

Seems to be working as I hoped it would. Cheap and handy for estimating construction projects. Couple minor glitches with tuning off and on the pins but that is picking. Definitely a cool app....everyone I show likes it! Need to have. MOre search options to find more places...but it is sufficient too! More is always better haha

This app is useless if you cant save any of your measurements. EVERY time I try to save my measurements it crashes when I select "ok". Upon restarting, there is nothing there! You need to be able to effectively save your work! Cant do it with this app.

I havent had any crashing problems related to saving. This program served a very useful purpose if one has to measure distances for projects and doesnt way to walk the thing out with a wheel. There are some issues with regard to NO IMAGE blocks, usually right in the place you need. I am told that this is not a problem with the program but with Apple iOS 5. Hopefully in a few weeks well get the new and improved version 6 and this problem will be resolved. When compared with distances that Ive actually wheeled out the distances obtained with this app and very good. Most often when there is a variance the problem is with my wheel. I would recommend the program with a couple of reservations, but Im sure the author will continue to improve it.

Please fix the apple maps problem. I used this everyday for over a year. Almost the only reason I have an iPad. Now I cant measure like I used to and there isnt another program on here that did as well. I know its not your fault. Just find a solution. Still giving 5 stars.

Youve got a good product if you can fix the crashes but please get this done soon. I spent an hour of time yesterday creating a map only to lose it because there was a bug in the undo feature that made the app crash and I lost everything. The photo feature caused me to lose my work as well.. You have a very good product if bugs are fixed. I have been endorsing this app to everyone that could benefit from purchasing it so please get update out soon

This app has saved so much Time it has paid for itself 100 times over...

Great app for a few days, then apple upgrades and this is worthless. You cant zoom in anymore. Dont waste your money. Total rip off.

Now with google maps and zoom. It works again. You van measure roofs and driveways accurately. Love it

This was a great app until the you couldnt enlarge what you were measuring. I feel like I was totally ripped off. Ok, the map issue is fixed. This is the best app I have. I will be sending a lot of my coworkers your way. Thank you for making this amazing app! It is awesome! This also gives me the ability to spot check my personnel on their measurements! If anything new happens, I wont upgrade my phone and my pad at the same time! :). Great work!

Love the concept, great app but please keep improving and making it more stable. Also extra maps for almost $30 is a little excessive.

Finding the APP very very useful in our business ..... Started out with the Lite version and then moved to the $2-$3 version and liked that one so much went for the Pro ... And it is worth every cent!

App worked quite well until latest update which is not loading and consequently stalls the app in a waiting to load mode. App in now useless and no response from developer.

Just perfect

Use MMP for large utility and landscaping work. Multiple polygons available w/ Pro is worth the price if this feature is needed. Also, upgraded to more detailed mapping resolution - little pricey but absolutely worth it b/c I needed extra detail. Excellent developer support. I do lots of mapping-type work and only use MMP and newly released companion for routing, iPlanMyRoute.
